Sony Audit
Sony is stocked in over 480 independent stores throughout the UK including the IOM, Jersey and Guernsey. Our brief was to ensure Sony products in these stores were freely demonstrable as per the contract terms with the independent retailers.
We devised a yearly audit across two weeks where in this time up to eight of our Ngage auditors completed 9 to 12 audits per day with each audit consisting of 60 – 70 product lines. All reporting was via PDA’s, analysed and reported back to Sony by Ngage HQ. On average 83% of all products were freely demonstrable.
